Officially schools have been starting through online sessions.Just the schools will take time to reopen as the Covid-19 cases are increasing daily so it an tough decision for the government to reopen schools as the college,school,malls etc are going to open in last phase.

But recently the the ministry of education declared the JEE exams admit cards and between this an statement was given that from September the schools and colleges will reopen as it will be difficult for the students to cover up later.
