there is not any specified date announced by the jadavpur university but however the expected cutoff is last week of june however i think it will release in the first or second week of july so check regularly the official website of jadavpur university for updates

You shall have to wait till last week of July 2019, as, the given duration by the university for releasing the cutoff list is from the Second week of July 2019 to Last week of July 2019.
