The citizen should be an Indian and if not then he must have the necessary documents like an OCI should be registered under section 7A of citizenship act and Foreign Nationals' MBBS degree should be registered under Medical Council of the respective country. The candidates must hold a MBBS degree (recognised by MCI) or equivalent. Candidates belonging to General and OBC must have 55% aggregate in their MBBS course or equivalent and SC and ST should have 50% aggregate. The candidate should also have completed one year of rotating internship.
