Actually, both the rounds are there to fill the vacant or remaining seat of college. It is usually called as the fourth round of counseling or Mop up round conducted by WBJEE to fill the vacant seat after all the 3 rounds. It usually conducted at the end of July or after a few days of the last round of counseling.
