Guru gobin Singh inderprastha University (GGSIPU) has started the  online counseling process but they removed there registration link for counseling but u can apply in following link:

Https://ipuadmissions.nic.in/genregsys/default.aspx

 The steps you have to be follow 

1. Pay the participants fee

2. Register your self 

3. Fill your choice

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) has started the online IP University 2019 counselling on July 9, 2019 at ipu.ac.in.

The date of filling of preferences is to be notified. I have checked their official site and their is no notice regarding this.
