firstly there is no fourth round in wbjee. as in mop up round you can get cse in jalpaiguri government engineering college. as for private colleges you can take admission in iem and uem. but i would suggest you to go to jgec . companies like tcs,cts come for placements. if you can eexcel in cse you can go to google also.
