I think you have been mistaken somewhere.

Dr.Bhimrao Ambedkar Engineering College , Bijnor does not have MBBS degree . It is not a medical college . The courses offered here are with more information can be found in -

Now, with a Tripura domicile you can only apply in colleges in Tripura through state quota ,nowhere else . For seats in states you need to go for AIQ.
