Chances are extremely less. This year NEET students have heavy competition even for the one who got 400+ can not have MBBS seat. But let me remind you that most of the NEET toppers this year are those who took NEET for the second time. There are certain colleges which requires just a pass mark for them to provide you with management quota. But it will be a little expensive. Still you have scope, as you have cleared your NEET exam.
