Hello buddy, DTU/DCE (Delhi Technological University) provide  btech degree. DU don't provide Btech degree. The admission in DTU is based in jee main exam. There is Delhi  quota available for Delhi students in DTU.

DU doesn't b.tech. courses. its DCE(Delhi college of engineering) which provied b.tech. and the only way for admission is JEE mains.
