Why would you go for an M.Tech after doing M.sc! Even if you decide to do a double masters degree, the aggregate for the last attended course or degree is considered. Therefore 65% which is your M.sc aggregate will be considered. But all your educational background including B.sc performance will be looked at, aggregate in last attended course being of major consideration.

Thanks for your comment, Saloni. The reason I want to go for an M.Tech is because I did my M.Sc in a Tier 3 college, and so want to pursue M.Tech at IITs or NITs to get reasonably good placements, and ofcourse a solid understanding of the topics taught in it. And thanks for clearing my doubt. I can finally study for GATE and not worry about my aggregate.
