Hello dear,

BCE college is better then NCE college because there are many key terms -

infrastructure, placement, better faculty, good student environment etc.

BCE college is one of the best govt. college in Bihar and have good placement.

He has written BCE patna, i.e. Bakhtiyarpur college of engineering
but you are talking about bce bhagalpur in your answer.
