If you want a quick job then choose MBA microbiology and if you are really interested in microbiology and want to do research then choose MSc microbiology. Both these programs have ample of opportunities, it totally depends on your interest. With MBA degree you can join some of pharmaceutical companies as they want both type of people management as well as some knowledge about microbiology. And after MSC you can join research centers , agricultural field as well as  NASA type companies as a microbiologist.

Both the courses are great and is suitable based on your interest. If you are interested in research and want to do further studies in the field then MSc Microbiology is the best pathway for you. But if you want really a quick job after the Masters go for MBA in Microbiology which is a part of Hospitality Management. The course will be correlated to the field but not have any direct scientific connections.
