Some of the best colleges in Maharashtra offering M.Tech in Food technology are:

1. Amity University, Mumbai
2. MIT College of Food technology, Pune
3. Konkan Krishi Vidyapeeth, Ratnagiri

However, in Mumbai, I could only find details about Amity University offering this course.

Also, for M.Tech in Food Science, there are many colleges in Mumbai like University of Mumbai, Institute of Chemical technology, etc.
