Hi,

Some of the best colleges in Maharashtra offering M.Tech in Food technology are:

Amity University, Mumbai
MIT College of Food technology, Pune
Konkan Krishi Vidyapeeth, Ratnagiri

However, in Mumbai, I could only find details about Amity University offering this course.

Also, for M.Tech in Food Science, there are many colleges in Mumbai like University of Mumbai, Institute of Chemical technology, etc.

You can check their official sites for last years' cutoffs.
