Hello Aspirant,

Seems like you've completed your BTech through the Electrical Engineering. So the core courses you can choose for MTech which has huge scope are

  • Power system
  • Control system and Automation
  • Power electronics

Regarding interdisciplinary branch you can VLSI, it has a huge scope in industry nowadays.
