You should totally opt for the branch according to your interest. Maths would be almost common in both the branches. Cse will deal more with coding stuff than ece, also ece with deal with circuits and hardware. Coding in ece will be about hardware coding only.

Choose your branch according to your interest if you like Cse go for it or if you like ece then go for ece. Because you have to study not anyone else so take your time think what you like most the go for that one 

In cse you only have to study physics in first year only
