CS,IT are very demanding branch nowadays so get a seat into CS is very difficult.

since you did not mention your cat lets assume it to be general by default.

NOw getting a cs seat into top NITS is very difficult to be on a safer side your rank should be nearly 1000 im talking about the top 5 NITs. But do not worry as you still have ann april attempt left and advance is waiting for you which in turn means IITs are waiting for you. Just work hard and smart and you get into cs in IITS!!.
