And the cutoff score varies each year based on the difficulty level of the paper and the availability of seats as well as the overall performance of the candidates appearing for the examination.

• Level of difficulty of exam
• Total number of seats available

A total of 36,000 seats are expected to be filled in 104 participating colleges of  WBJEE.
