I think you should go with the option PESIT Bangalore because it is better in all aspects point of view including the placement, ranking, study scenario eventhough both the colleges are in bangalore but if you can't able to get it your desired branch in pesit then you may take it in BIT. It is also a good college.

Also i am getting IT in ramahiya should i go for it
Is there difference in IT and CSE

Only slightest difference is there in IT and CSE and if you are getting a seat in IT Department at Ramiyah then you should definitely look after it but i think you should give preference to PESIT that will be better.
