Du releases the category wise cutoff, as you have not mentioned the category here, considering it to be general, off-campus colleges like Acharya Nanak dev have a cutoff around 85%. To get more specific of reply please elaborate your query further.

there are some non- poplular colleges of DU which has lowest cut off. Most of them are off campus or south campus colleges. Some of them are zakir hussain college,  shivaji, deshbandhu etc. but for most of them the least percentage is also more than 90%.
