As I have personally seen the culture of both the college I can give best advice to You. See Skit and Arya both are private college under RTU, so they don't make any difference in our Degree. If we talk about educational parts Skit is much better than Arya, it is high discipline institute and also have good faculties. If we talk about cultural program then Arya is the best in Jaipur as it conducts many cultural and Technical events. Many celebrities come to Arya for their film promotion. You will definitely enjoy your college days there.
But in this part Skit lacks because it has highly discipline students committee. The average  package of both the college is nearly same. But many years ago Arya package is far better. When I mean far better than it's mean I am talking in crores.
