AIIMS BBSR is better pertaining to its pan India talent of students and teachers who are excellent both in teachings and research. They are pass out of some of the most prestiguous colleges like AIIMS Delhi, PGI, JIPMER. Along with that you get excellent infrastructure, research facilities and well student related activities. Moreover the AIIMS tag says for itself the capability you possess.

It depends on various factors but if you ask me I'd say aiims is better.

Based upon honest reviews , AIIMS Bhubaneshwar is better than Osmania medical college as the former has a better infrastructure and faculty.
