Hello...

If you want to choose from these two college then I will suggest you to go with PSIT kanpur. It has well developed infrastructure ,better academics ,best faculty,better opportunity then IEC college of engineering and technology.

Both are equally good but want to choose one according to placement than niet but overall you want to choose then psit
