the best college in Bangalore I have ever seen is M.S.Ramiah University of Applied Sciences. The quality of education of the college is faa...ar better  than any other VTU or AUTONOMOUS colleges of Bangalore and the labs here are extraordinary. 
The college is known for its Research Programs.
They have taken up many research programs till date. Some of them being Maruti Suzuki's A.C vent design and Arjun tank's design.
 Not many people know about this college as this college has started B.Tech courses recently (2014). But the university was offering M.Tech courses since 1999. So you can trust the college for sure
