Chandigarh University is private college it is a university and affiliated to PTU where as CGC is affiliated to PTU. So in this case cgc is better.

Cgc landarn is on better location than CU which means it has better transport facilities and market is also approachable. Where as CU is located at outer and nearest mall is 13 km away.

In terms of Education and placement  cgc is better as it has established earlier than CU and placement program happen together for both the colleges. As CGC is older it is more reputed and is better
