Both are equally good in academics but I would suggest you to go for IPU as they provide you better ROIs. The fees for IPUs are not more than 80000 but in Nirma University you'll have to pay around 2.5lakhs. But if you're considering IPUs then go for VIPS or Amity law School or else go for Nirma University.

I think Nirma university is better for law. Campus Recruitment Cell (CRC) plays a very active role in the college to get internships and placements for the students in the institute. The minimum 10 internship rule makes sure that after the completion of the Bachelors course of law, a student has minimum experience of 10 internships from NGO to Supreme Court to Law Firms. Since 100% placement is almost impossible in any law college due to students pursuing Masters, civil services or litigat...

It depends on which college you're getting in IPU. If it's Amity or USLLS, go for IPU. Or if you're from Delhi, and are getting VIPS, go for it. Otherwise, Nirma.
Nirma University Ahmedabad law college INLU is awesome private college.
