According to DU 2019 cut off trends for B.A (Prog) History + Political Science, it's estimated that you can get the following colleges in the first or second cut off  since you didn't mention the category so I'm assuming a UR category -

8. Ram Lal Anand College
9. Ramanujan College
10. Satyawati College (Evening)
11. Shaheed Bhagat Singh College (Evening)
12. Shivaji College
13. Shyam Lal College
14. Shyama Prasad Mukherji College (W)
15. Sri Aurobindo College
16. Vivekananda College (W)
17. Zakir Husain Delhi College

And as furthur cut offs are released, there are changes of getting into other colleges as well.
