The participating institutes under IPU & COMED K both are good to purue the engineering programme. It depends on your interest & residence. If you want to stay and study in engineering colleges of Delhi, you better appear for IPU CET and if you want to stay and study in Karnataka, you appear in COMEDK UGET.
