Every abroad country which you choose for MBBS will have certain drawbacks for sure. However, comparing Ukraine, Phillipines and Russia, the better option as of today is  Ukraine due to following points:

1. The duration of MBBS course in Ukraine is 6 years which is almost same as in India. After graduationg from Ukraine, you will be considered equaivalent to a MBBS graduate from India. In Phillipines, it is 5.5 years course in which the first one and half year is dedicated for B.S MD. Candidates then need to give an entrance exam to qualify for actual MBBS course.
2. The cost of living in Ukraine is lesser than Russia. This makes it more feasible and convinient. Sice fees is almost the same in all three countries with minor differences, cost of living plays an important role.
3. The medium of instruction in Ukraine is English whereas in Russia it is Russian. So definitely you will find difficulty in adjusting in Russia if you choose.
4. Urkraine has very good facilities, good quality education with affordable fee as well. In phillipines, accomodaton can be a problem.
5. Finally, in Phillipnes most of the universities are private whereas in Ukraine there are maximum govt universities and some private too.

So considering all these factors, Ukraine seems a better option. Ukraine has good Indian food and the fee structure can range from 18 lakhs to 25 lakhs INR for the course. Some of the colleges in Ukraine approved by MCI are:
