BSc in pure sciences like mathematics,physics,chemistry,biological sciences,etc will always have demand as they are main subjects. Apart from this there are many other B.Sc options in various disciplines like computer science and IT, agriculture,statistics,visual media,animation etc which have too have plenty of scope. Likewise mental health and behavioral sciences  are going to gain demand in the upcoming days , hence psychology is another good option for bsc . Try to go for BSc Hons. instead of general bsc as it has more value.  You should choose a subject based on your interest ,skills and career goals. Every course has scope, it is up to you to make the best out of it . When you take up pure sciences like math and physics, it is advisable to complete at least till M.Sc to have better scope, and if you wish to go into research field , you need to finish PhD. Other fields like animation or visual media may have scope even after bsc. In this new age , where subjects like data science,artificial intelligence etc is gaining high demand , if you are interested in computer science, pursuing it would give you a rewarding job opportunities. But of course , you need to go till masters. Moreover, the university where you are going to study will also play a role in kick starting  a good career, so if you pass out from a premium institution , the education provided and placements will be very helpful .
