Both degree have it's own benifits,it's you who need to choose what suits you most, after Integrated MSc in biology you can become scientist, researcher, consultant or lecturer, if you do MSc zoology vs or botany,then you can be a lecturer, the only difference is you can outperform if you do PhD after MSc in zoology which will enhance your teaching profession.
