You should go with the general Management course taking dual specializations as that way you'll have a broader scope for placements and career development. Specialization courses are good if done from the tier 1 colleges only. For tier 2 or 3 colleges the specialized courses offer lesser placement opportunities as not many companies prefer specialized roles.

If you're interested in marketing then in general Management also you can take it as your major subject.
