Mainly it depends on you,

B.pharma is a bachelor degree whose  work is mainly  towards industrial work that is how to design various formulation such as tablet ,capsule etc. Also,if u find intrest in its subjects such as pharmacology and pharmaceutics u can have good opportunities for going in research.

pharma.d is more about hospital applications. It is more useful in foreign where patients consult with pharmacist for medicine dosage and scheduling.

Both the courses are really good at there particular fields and it is totally upon your interest.
