For government job any of degree is good dear. You should be qualified the government examination.

If you want that after BDS or BAMS you can get government job or not then I'll say ofcourse you can get. You give government examination for hospital you can get government job. Or if you want UPSC examination after this you can go for.

Actually both are best degree now every thing depand on you. If you prepare good for government examination in above two department or others government job you can get it.

Both BAMS as well as BDS degrees are great choices in the field of medicine.

However both of them deal with different sections and parts  and have their own advantages. BAMS is about Ayurveda whereas BDS deals with dental science.

Now,that is upto you what you like what you don't.
