If you're looking for it field jobs then Btech cs is the best option to pursue.

BE cs is more of a knowledge oriented course and btech cs is more of a practical skills with theory course. BE cs should be the last option for IT job. Bcs will focus on teaching computer applications and hardwares but less focus on coding and software. Btech is the study of all, algorithms, data structures, coding, etc. Bsc is for those who couldn't score well in entrance exams but have good scores in class 12th.

So btech > bsc/be (CS).
