Chamces for colleges in Pune witj CSE is very low, however you can surely get IT engineering at following colleges :

Ananatrao Pawar College of engineering
Genba Sopanrao Moze college of engineering
PK Technical Campus Pune.

These all have sureshot chances asyour expected rank is in 79000 to 81000 range.
