well, engineering colleges main target is to make engineers, entrepreneurs for nation. while choosing engineering college students need to give priority to college infrastructure, placement , faculty students ratio, internship opportunities and so on. in case any of the colleges lacks to provide this facility it does not belongs to tier 1 college. every colleges has fest, sports activities for students. but you must remember that engineering colleges is not some cricket academy where you would get coaching to become a cricketer. to become a cricketer you dont need to study engineering, after completing 12th you may also go for training institute or more earlier age. so right now decide which you want most. engineering course is harder than general degree course, if your ambition is to become a cricketer , studying engineering is a waste of time for you.
