See if you are a candidate from other state then you have to select three zone. This zones are:

South Kolkata
(Ballygaunge/Minto Park/Bhowanipore/Tollygaunge/Jadavpur)
West Kolkata
(Joka/Behala/Alipore/Chetla/Khidirpore/Budge Budge)
Paschim Burdwan
Asansol
Durgapur
If you need to choose a Zone, then keep Kolkata in the 1st preference followed by Howrah followed by Durgapur. Its in general that you will get the seat allotment in Kolkata or Howrah.
