In India, scope for B.Pharma is more good than Biotechnology. Also, it depends on your interest , if you want to join b.pharma then you must be good at chemistry sepcially organic chemistry and for biotechnology you should have good knowledge of physics, mathematics and a little interest in machinary. Biotechnology will help you grabbing a good job in foreign countries, but for India BPharma has good scope.
