You have not mentioned which category you belong to. But, With a score of 543 if your category is general, then it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 493 was required to fetch one a seat in the government medical college, Khandwa I'm general category under the state quota.
