Sorry to say but with this rank I don't think you'll be able to get a seat in government college as for that you should aim for a score greater than 490-500 but don't be dishearten you could easily get admission into some good deemed medical universities ,you can predict what colleges you might get with this rank with the help of NEET college predictor and can also check previous years cutoffs of different colleges

Dear student,
I would like to tell you that with a score of 276 and rank of 216631 you wont be able to get a government seat in MBBS in M.P. You Might get some private college through state quota.
I also suggest you to reappear for NEET exam again.
