Depends on your Personal Interest,both the fields have totally different career opportunities.I cannot tel you about Pharmacy though.

Agriculture has tremendous opportunities in the Areas of Research.Make a point that you do the Bachelors from a Government University recognized by ICAR(Indian Council of Agricultural Research).If you like Management a bit more, you could club your Agriculture Expertise with Management Skills and take up MBA-AgriBusiness as your Masters and join the Corporate world or Msc or even clear exams and work with different Agricultural Institutions of the Central Government .You can also look for areas like Food Technology,Veterinary ,Dairy Science as these also haven quite a lot of scope.
