Hope you are doing well. As per the previous years' cutoff, at 2.4 lakh general category rank in JEE Mains exam clearly there is no chance of getting admission into any of the IIITs in India. The admission in IIITs usually close at around 12K for unreserved category.

If you hold any reservation (SC / ST), then you might still have a faint chance, but not otherwise. However, don't get demotivated. There are many other private colleges, do try for them
