Hello Sanjib,
Unfortunately with a rank of 61000 you cannot get into NIT colleges. You can try for eastern states such as NIT Arunachal Pradesh, NIT Mizoram and others but you will get lower branches and the teaching is not upto mark. Alternatively you can try getting admission in colleges where jee main percentile is considered for admission process.

At this rank, if you're from the general category you won't get any NIT, IIIT or GFTI. I would suggest you to look for other state government colleges that accept JEE Main's rank or you can also try for some private colleges that accept JEE Main's rank.
