This question has very straight and direct answer if you are talking about the best iit for cse branch.

Maximum of the aspirants in jee who aspire to go to iit dream of studying computer science branch in iit Bombay. It is considered to be the best of all.

It is not like iit delhi, iit Madras, ii kharagpur is not good at their cse branches. It is just that iit Bombay is considered to be the best in the cse branch and the cut off is also the highest.
