B pharma is easier than BSc, BSc is better than B pharma. B pharma is comparatively easier than BSc and it has huge scope in it, not only in India but all over the world.  It is easier to clear when compared to BSc in exam point of view. B pharma will have strict rules and regulations when compared to BSc, still you can learn B pharma in any adaptable way you are comfortable with. When it comes to BSc it is much tougher when compared to B pharma. It is not at all easy to clear from exam perspective . And many companies wont accept you just for the BSc degree you should go for masters. Not for all all companies but for certain companies. Look both bsc and b pharmacy have a good carrier option, you can choose it according to your interest, Still i suggest you to go for b pharmacy it is a 4 year carrier program followed by 8 semester and have a good carrier scope in both government and private companies and chance for getting a job in  government sector is more! you can also join as a medical representative. you will also have the opportunity in research wing of the central government.

if you have a interest in teaching profession you can opt for bsc. and if you choose b pharmacy  there will be more options for higher studies! choose wisely!
