Hello
Eligibility of Diploma in Elementary Education is based on 12th qualification, but passing this you'll only be able to teach primary classes, if you pursue BEd and also Master's Degree in future, you can teach to higher classes such as 11th and 12th standard as well,in short you can become post graduate teacher. Nowadays top government schools and private schools recruit teachers based on qualifying CTET exam, conducted by CBSE twice a year, you can also appear for state level TETs after completion of any of the above mentioned teaching program.

Hello!

Both the courses are degree courses and are approved by NCTE.

D.el.ed is for primary level teacher. Anyone with 10+2 from a recognised board can apply. For B.ed, one has to be a graduate atleast. It is for secondary level teaching. The scope for job through B.ed is more than D.el.ed.

I hope this helps.
