CSE at IIT Gandinagar seems the best of the Options, being one of the best growing IITs with excellent Placements, Infrastructure, Research Facilities and Faculty. However after IIT GN, I believe unless youre particularly located in vicinity of any other Newer IIT, CSE at IIT ISM is a very good option, being one of the Oldest Campuses in India, has excellent and vibrant campus life and culture.
