See both of the fields are great. But actually its not comparable between this two. Being a doctor you have responsibilities which are of its own kind and being an agricultural scientist you also have the responsibilities and hurdles of its own kind.

Now if you think of it both of them have good salary ranges. But MBBS is a time consuming course of 5,5 years and not only a mere MBBS will give you a good experience you need to do Masters which can take further time. so if you wish to go for Medical courses then you must be keen to study a lot and also you shouldn't think money as the only priority. Being a doctor is a job of higher responsibility and sacrifice. Thus in a comparitive sense BSc Agriculture is a less time consuming course and after a MSc you can expect job. But this doesn't mean that Agricultural Scientist aren't working. Both of the profession have there own difficulties and advantages. So you must choose the course being honest with your intentions.
