Both are good options for better Career, If you will do engineering from any Top IIT like IIT Bombay, IIT Madras, IIT Delhi, IIT Kanpur and etc. Then you can easily secure a good package placement from your Campus.

Medical and Engineering both are totally different fields. Choose your field according to your Interest and according to your subject expertise.

If your very Good in Mathematics then you can go with Engineering, If you are very Good in Biology then you can go with Medical.

If we talk about Medical then In Medical Career is very secure and Job security is very high and but being a Doctor is very responsible Job.

So Both are Good Fields with Good Income. But choose according to your Interest and Comfort.
