IISER gives you an edge on research areas


IISER is more prestigious than that of IIIT.

Even though IISERs are young there degrees are well recognized and welcomed in India and abroad.

Computer science and ECE both are the core branches of engineering and have great placement opportunities in future. But it depends upon you're interest that which stream you find interesting to study and to explore because today placement companies focus more upon you're skill and knowledge about the subject rather than your grades.
I would suggest you to choose with your desired stream not by the rank of college don't settle for any other stream just because you're getting a good college
